My love for Philadelphia, community service and volunteerism has always been extremely important.  Serving as the former president and current board member of the Registered Community Organization through the City of Philadelphia’s Planning Commission gives me the opportunity to ensure community residents are informed and have a chance to learn about and provide feedback on neighborhood developments. Also, as an RCO we host  community workshops, neighborhood clean ups, senior programs, food bank giveaways, and various other activities to engage neighborhood residents and stakeholders. We partner with our neighborhood schools, police department, business owners and other Civic Organizations to service our community and meet the needs of our residents. We also serve as a liaison between our residents, city service departments and our elected officials.
